MEMORANDUM & RULES AND REGULATION OF TENNIKOIT FEDERATION OF INDIA AS AMENDED

Article 24.1: FUNCTIONS OF THE SUB COMMITTEES
vi. ETHICS COMMITTEE i. The Chairman of the Committee shall decide the matter of violation on his own, consulting with the Secretary-General or committee members. ii. To retort and prevent racism in sports, eradication of doping in sports, prevent age fraud in sports, protect players rights, prevent child abuse and sexual harassment in sports, protect gender equality in sports, including transgender rights, prevent betting and gambling in sports, ban dangerous sports, address anti-trust and competition policy issues related to sports, regulate sports broadcasting rights. Etc., iii. Any matter of violation pertaining to legal aspects, the committee shall take opinion from the legal experts to attain remedies of such violation. iv. To enact the guideline of the ministry being exercised time to time thereof.

ARTICLE 5: MEMBERSHIP xii. An affiliated unit, in order to have voting right should have been in the rolls of the Federation for SIX clear months in advance of the month in
which, the General council Meeting is convened and shall also continue
as a member unit in the current rolls with NO dues. For ex. if the General
council meeting is convened in the month of June in a particular financial
year, an affiliated unit should have been a member in. the month of
November of the previous year.
ARTICLE 6: CONSTITUTION: iii. The General council shall nominate one or more Patrons, A Patron-In-Chief,
A Lifetime Patron, and they shall attend the General Council Meetings as
special invitees without voting right.
ARTICLE 8: ELECTIONS: 8.3 No Proxy Voting shall be allowed during the elections, and elections shall be
conducted by secret ballot.
